Foreign Dignitaries.

Arriving foreign dignitaries shall be provided preferential treatment,
as set forth in rules and regulations promulgated by the Bureau of Foreign Affairs within
the  Ministry  of  State.  Where  possible,  the  Bureau  of  Foreign  Affairs  shall  provide
twenty-four hours advance notice of such arrivals to Customs. Failure to provide advance
notice to Customs within 24 hours prior to the arrival of the dignitaries, Customs may
deny  their  protocol  request,  which  will  result  in  the  dignitaries  being  screened  and
examined as regular passengers.
